Our primary sales markets are the United States and Canada, although orders may be accepted from other regions depending on availability.

We provide free shipping on all orders.

Tracking information is provided for all shipped orders once the package has been dispatched.

All shipments are covered by shipping insurance provided by the company.

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, a replacement or full refund will be issued.

We do not offer pre-orders. All products available for purchase are in stock or available through our fulfillment network.
